Having thoroughly enjoyed Friend, the logical next step was to check out more of Riley Skinner’s music, which brought me to Dirty. Again, forged as much of space and atmosphere as of actual music; this is a more hazy and harmonious affair in that it has had the edges softened and the choppy energy of Friend is replaced with a more drifting and often dreamlike vibe.

It’s a very different song but no less excellent. I think I may have found a new favourite artist.
