Taken from the forthcoming EP of the same name, “What A Day (Disco)” is both a classic Mystery Plan and not. But they are so varied and adventurous, eclectic and experimental that you could say that about almost everything they put out.

The impetus behind the song was a feeling on the part of Jason Herring as he emerged from lockdown into the light of a more normal life to make something “fun and groovy….
