It is rare that I see The Sundays listed as a point of reference for young bands, so not only am I pleased that Keaper has such great taste, but I’m also ecstatic that it is an influence well chosen for the sound that they make. (I did fear that it might be a case of a band choosing lesser-known bands from the past to appear cool…but no, not at all.)

Waking Dream is full of songs that soar and chime, shimmer and shine, songs that ebb and flow between indie accessibility and more shoegazing textures, pop infectiousness and dream state ambience, rock groove and delicate grace.

Awesome.
