Taking equal amounts of ’60s psychedelic grooves and modern alternative rock moves, soulful licks and pop accessibility, blues riffs, a progressive ear and a healthy disregard for the breadth and demarcations of the musical landscape that he dances deftly over; The Seed is one of those songs that seems to have it all.

It is this ability to fit so much into what at first appears to be a mere pop song (it isn’t; it is so much more than that) that makes The Seed such a joyous and scintillating sonic ride.
