Delicacy is the name of the game with this three-track gem from this Tehranian dream-folk duo. Across three charming songs, they somehow manage to blend a lush cinematic sheen with an understated delivery, which should seem impossible as the two sonic states would seem mutually exclusive.

But Duo Psylent has remembered one of the often overlooked rules of music making. In the right hands, Space, silence, and absence of sound are all instruments in their own right. It is through the manipulation of the atmospherics and anticipation that seem to gather, pool and percolate between the more obvious sounds of voice and instrumentation that they find their additional musical strands.

These three songs are great examples of the difference between the absence of sound and the sound of absence.
