Anyone who can catch that 70’s groove so well, something that ran so naturally through the music of people like Bowie and Bolan and glam rock in general, and use it to re-ignite modern rock and roll music in the way that he does here, has already began writing their own entry in the annals of contemporary music. And deservedly so.
