The brilliantly named A Short Walk To Pluto exists at a place where the poise of pop meets the drive of rock, where the agility of the digital age collides with the traditions of the analogue world and where the silkyness of synths dance deftly over more groovesome moves.
Hopeless is an example of all those attractive opposites in action, a song built in the tried and tested fashion but then polished and produced in such a way that the style and sophistication of the song are just as apparent, not to mention important, as the actual act of playing notes and creating beats.
