Everything is a song about love. But not the usual sappy slice of romance that rhymes moon with June or presents life and love dressed in those shallow Valentine’s Day images. This is about love in the higher sense, a reminder that you can have everything you love, that there are no limits, and that life is not an and/or scenario…love the things you love, all of them, and while you are doing so, never forget to love yourself.
That sentiment is driven by a wonderfully understated, contemporary singer-songwriter sound, minimal guitars, chiming motifs, and gorgeous vocals. Everything, just one more thing to put on your list of things to love.
