Psychedelic-tinged, surf-vibed, punk-infused, Spaghetti Western instrumentals? I’m in. Fly Janet’s latest EP, Easy Money, is a quartet of songs ranging from the intensity of opener, Mango, to the more moderate and melodic strains of the strangely titled Walter’s Looking At Me.

Helsinki has a slight ska groove to it, and I’m A Professional….well, I’m not sure, but it is intriguing and odd..and odd is a good thing as far as I’m concerned. Odd is different, exploratory, edgy, off-beat and goes against the grain. All of which is what keeps the music world moving forward.
