There seems to be an increase in music being made that seems to discuss, sonically rather than lyrically, big ideas relating to futurism and space, where humanity goes next and such significant issues. Usually, this is the realm of the synth player, weaving digital tones and textures together into grand space music.
What I love about this 6 track meditation from Frank Dambra is that he tackles such themes, as well as others that seem to discuss more earthly beauty and ideas, using spacious piano lines that wander through such territories as jazz improvisations, spacious avant-garde creativity, modern classical and cinematic film score to make music that both makes us feel and certainly makes us think too.
