There has never been a better time to engage with The Black Keys, especially this new album Dropout Boogie. That may sound like a real cliche of an opening line but I’m not talking about you the listener. I’m talking about me the writer.
As a listener, The Black Keys has always been worth getting to know. But as a writer coming to this latest album, means that all the blog-standard nonsense can be ignored. Wow, they are a two-piece! Hey, they are from Akron, Ohio….
